Cancellation & Refund Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.
More Than 60 Days Before Arrival
The deposit may be transferred as credit toward a future safari within 12 months or refunded less administrative and transaction fees.
31–59 Days Before Arrival
50% of the total tour cost is non-refundable.
30 Days or Less Before Arrival
100% of the total tour cost is non-refundable.
No-Show
Failure to arrive for a scheduled tour without prior notice will be treated as a cancellation and no refund shall be provided.
Payment Terms
Tour packages are confirmed upon receipt of a 30% non-refundable deposit of the total tour cost.
The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 30 days prior to arrival.
For bookings made within 30 days of the departure date, full payment is required at the time of booking. In certain cases, a minimum deposit of 50% may be accepted, with the remaining balance due before the commencement of the tour, subject to company approval.
