Processing Fee

Please note that online card payments are subject to a 3.5% processing fee to cover bank and payment gateway transaction charges.

2. International Bank Wire Transfer (SWIFT)

When arranging a bank transfer, please select the “OUR” payment option. This ensures that all intermediary bank charges are covered by the sender and that the full invoice amount reaches our account.

Processing Time

International wire transfers typically require 3–7 business days to be received and verified.

3. WhatsApp Pay & Mobile Money (Local and Regional Payments)

For travelers already within East Africa or using local payment services, we also accept:

Our Payment Process

Step 1: Deposit

To secure and confirm your safari reservation, a 30% deposit of the total tour cost is required.

Step 2: Invoice

Upon booking, you will receive a professional invoice containing:

• A secure Pesapal payment link

• Our official bank account details

• Payment instructions

Step 3: Payment Confirmation

Once payment has been received, our Arusha office will issue:

• A Payment Received Receipt

• Booking Confirmation

• Final Travel Documents and Vouchers

Step 4: Final Balance

The remaining 70% balance must be paid no later than 45 days prior to the start of your safari.
