After arrival at the airport (Kilimanjaro / Arusha), your private driver guide will pick you up at the airport and transfer you to your accommodation for dinner and overnight awaiting for your safari departure on the following day.

Early morning after breakfast, we drive to Arusha Airport to catch a flight at 1000hrs and fly to the airstrip in Tarangire National Park where you will arrive at 1055hrs. The Park got its name after the Tarangire River which runs through it.  This ‘river of warthogs’ is the only source of water for wildlife in the region during the dry season. In places, the vegetation is quite dense, including elephant grass, acacia woodlands and lush groundwater forest. The Park is famous for its elephant families, which can often be seen congregating by the river. You may also see giraffe, bushbuck and hartebeest. These animals are closely followed by a range of predators, including lions and leopards. Especially compelling is that there are more breeding species of birds found in Tarangire National Park than anywhere else on the planet!

After Lunch and an extensive game drive, we head for our luxury partner lodges for dinner and overnight.

You will spend 3 nights at Oliver’s Camp with 3 days inside Tarangire National Park.

Early morning after breakfast, we check out at the lodge and drive straight to Kuro airstrip to catch a flight at 0815hrs and fly to Manyara airstrip (arriving at 0835hrs) where your driver will pick you up and drive straight to Ngorongoro Melia Lodge at your accommodation for relaxation. Meanwhile we will take lunch on the way to your accommodation.

In the late afternoon or according to time of your choosing, you will do a walking activity on the rim of the crater. There your driver guide will take to the starting point where you will meet your armed ranger and start the walk which is approximately 1-2 hours. Basically you will start your walk on the eastern side of the crater. The track takes you through beautiful thick forests accompanied by an armed ranger around the contours of the Ngorongoro Crater rim with equally stunning views of the crater floor below. Subsequently you will walk on an easy animal trail and may encounter local Masaai with cattle.

After the activity, you will drive straight to your hotel for dinner and overnight.

After early breakfast, you will descend down the crater which is almost 600m deep.

The Crater was created when a large volcano exploded and collapsed in on itself two to three million years ago. It is famous for both its geological delights and for being a natural reserve which is home to some of the densest large mammal populations in the whole of the African continent. The drive down the into the Crater is an adventure in itself and when you reach the Crater floor, you quickly find yourself amongst large numbers of wildebeest, zebra, gazelle, and more than 500 bird species. The Crater provides you with the best chance of seeing the endangered black rhino, which you can sometimes spot it in the open grasslands.

After Lunch and an extensive game drive inside the crater, we head for our luxury lodge for relaxation, dinner and overnight stay.

Early morning after breakfast, we will checkout at The Lodge on the crater rim and drive to Manyara Airstrip to catch your flight at 1100hrs to Ndutu Airstrip (arrival at 1205hrs), where we will reach by mid-day and do a game drive en-route to our luxury accommodation for relaxation, drinks, dinner and overnight.

Early morning after breakfast, we continue with our drive in Ndutu area following the great migration. The majority of the wildebeest migration can normally be found on the short-grass plains from December to April. The area is usually heavily populated with elephant, birds and resident game. The Ndutu Region forms part of the northern section of Ngorongoro Conservation Area and stretches to the unfenced southern reaches of the Serengeti National Park, a meeting point between these two incredible wilderness areas. After Lunch and an extensive game drive, you will drive to your luxury tented camp for relaxation, dinner and overnight.

You will spend 3 nights at Olakira Migration Camp.

After breakfast and a bit of relaxation at your accommodation in Serengeti, you we will transfer you straight to Ndutu airstrip to catch your flight at 1130hrs and fly to Arusha airport where you will reach at around 1220hrs. Upon arrival at the airport in Arusha, one of our representatives will meet you and receive feedback regarding your trip. If you have a destination of your choice e.g. Zanzibar, we will book that flight for you or you can choose to book on your own. If you are flying back home, we will drive you to Kilimanjaro International Airport to catch your flight.

All in all this marks the end of your epic adventure.
